IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions for the Hello, Fears Pre-Order Giveaway, presented by Sourcebooks, LLC (“Company”). By entering the form, you agree to the terms of these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Pre-Order Giveaway-related materials.

Sourcebooks, LLC is the sole sponsor of this Pre-Order Giveaway.

You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order products. No other discounts, prizes, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

TERMS: The Pre-Order Terms and Conditions govern the entry of the Pre-Order Giveaway after Pre-Order purchase of Hello, Fears, for the products as defined below. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order Giveaway form. By submitting your Pre-Order Giveaway form, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
 

ELIGIBILITY: The Pre-Order Giveaway is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, who have Pre-Ordered Hello, Fears by Michelle Poler. All United States federal, state, and local regulations apply. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER METHOD OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Employees of Company its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Pre-Order Giveaway. Limit one entry per person. You may also enter for the giveaway without a purchase of Hello, Fears, see How to Enter for rules.
 

PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION: You will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and transaction information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your items being shipped by sending an email to: marketing@sourcebooks.com.
 

ENTRY PERIOD: The Pre-Order Giveaway begins at 12:01AM (EST) on 9/15/2023, and ends at 11:59PM (EST) on 10/9/2023.

HOW TO ENTER: Online or mail-in entry only. If you have preordered a copy of Hello, Fears in paperback, enter by completing and submitting the entry form provided via the Hello, Fears website (https://www.hellofearsbook.com/contact-4) . Please provide your name, mailing address, email address and a pre-order number or valid proof of purchase to submit your entry. All entries must be received by 10/9/2023 at 11:59 PM (EST) to be entered. You may enter to receive the Giveaway without a purchase by printing your name, mailing address, e-mail address, date of birth and the phrase “Hello, Fears” on a standard-size postcard ("Mail-in Entry") and send to: Marketing, c/o Sourcebooks, LLC, 1935 Brookdale Rd, #139, Naperville, IL 60563. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by 10/9/2023.
 

Automated entries are prohibited, and use of any automated devices will result in disqualification. Company is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, or any combinations thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be voided. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as described in these terms and conditions, Giveaway shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.
 

PRODUCTS. While Supplies Last. Entry of a form for the Pre-Order Giveaway does not guarantee receipt of products.

Entrants who provide a proof of purchase will receive a sticker sheet, an illustrated pocket book, and access to Michelle Poler’s MasterClass on ABUNDANCE, which is LIVE on October 9th at 5:00 pm ET. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. (Approximate retail value $100.00)

Giveaway items are not redeemable for cash. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of giveaway items allowed. In the event of the unavailability of an item, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
 

WINNER SELECTION: Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of the Giveaway recipients are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.  Winners must provide Sponsor will full contact details. Sponsor will not be held liable if the recipient does not keep the Sponsor informed of their contact details.
 

Any and all taxes on the items given to a legal U.S. or Candaian resident will be the responsibility of the winners. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the items, and/or loss of any item in connection with delivery of the item via mail. Any and all federal, state and local taxes related to an item given to a legal U.S. and Canadian resident are solely the responsibility of the winner and Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. All other expenses not specified as part of item description are solely the recipient’s responsibility. The items are awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. In no event will more than the number of items stated in these Official Rules be awarded.
 

SHIPPING: The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be within thirty (30) days of the end of the Giveaway as stated herein, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order form is received by the Company.  Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
 

PRIVACY POLICY: All information submitted in connection with entry to this Giveaway shall be governed by Company’s privacy policy (at www.sourcebooks.com/privacy-policy). By entering this Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this privacy policy.

No transfer of cash or other substitution of all or part of a product is permitted, except by Company, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the product component with another of comparable or greater value. Company shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the product, and/or loss of any product in connection with delivery of the product via mail.
 

DISCLAIMERS: By applying for the Pre-Order Giveaway and/or accepting the product, entrants agree that Company and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the product, or participation in this Giveaway. By accepting a product, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Company with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).

Any dispute arising from this Giveaway will be determined according to the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and by entering the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in DuPage County and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
